Vintage Decoy Duck, English, Artist Signed
This is a vintage decoy duck. An English, carved cedar Northern Pintail figure, dating to the late 20th century, signed by the artist to 1969.
Attractive display decoy for the home or outdoor setting
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Select cedar shows fine grain interest beneath a wax polish finish
Well detailed, the migratory Pintail duck posed with its head turned across its shoulder
Decorated with a caramel and russet palette, the wing and tail feathers ebonised for contrast
