This is a beautiful wedding themed fully hallmarked sterling silver charm bracelet. A traditional single curb bracelet. The charms & bracelet are vintage English sterling silver and much more detailed than modern charms.The curb height is 1 cm. As well as the traditional heart shaped padlock clasp marked " SILVER " the chain is hallmarked " lion passant " denoting sterling silver in various places. Charm bracelets were often added to during the life of the owner to mark weddings, births, deaths, where people went on holidays & memorable events.
This vintage charm bracelet is wedding themed making it highly collectible.
The charms are all sterling silver and in superb condition.
They are shown as follows:
Transport to the church:
A Nuvo hinged vintage car and a moving Nuvo penny farthing.
The car is minutely detailed the spokes on the wheels, padded seats, radiator grill, head lamps everything shown. The underside of the car is stamped " NUVO REGD SILVER ".
The penny farthing is stamped " Nuvo " just below the handle bars. The front wheel and pedals move exactly as they should.
A beautiful wedding band with the couple inside. The wedding band is engraved on the outer edge with floral motifs.
A hinged opening church charm. This adorable charm opens to reveal the happy couple at the alter.
The priest is conducting the ceremony. He is dressed in a white surplice and black cassock.
The groom is dressed in black formal attire and the bride has a white dress and full veil.
The church is very detailed with brick work engraved all over it, tiny windows and doors. The church tower has turrets around it.
A fish charm symbolizing Christianity. The fish is very detailed and well modeled - positioned in an arc which echos the curve of the penny farthing wheels and wedding band.
A set of set of bagpipes with engraved tartan / plaid - included in this wedding themed vintage charm bracelet as the bagpipes offer some of the most moving wedding / ceremonial music.
A Nuvo stamp charm with " I LOVE YOU " in embossed lettering.
A smoky crystal Nuvo coffee pot charm - representing one of the most popular gifts given to happy couples. It has the Nuvo stamp & " 925 " for sterling silver on the base.
