William IV mahogany library writing table. The cross banded top with inset black leather writing surface with gilt and blind tooling. Below which are two frieze drawers to one side and dummies on the reverse all with ebony stringing. The whole stands on turned tapering legs and brass patent castors. The table is of quality mahogany, has a lovely mellow colour and is in good condition. 760mm high, 1370mm wide and 790mm deep. English. Circa 1835.
