A superb William IV period rosewood library stretcher table. Of excellent construction in solid rosewood with stunning rosewood veneers onto a solid mahogany carcas. The rectangular top is finished with thumb-nail moldings to the edges. There are a pair of drawers located within the freeze. Note the rosewood veneers used on the inside of the drawer fronts, a real sign of quality. All standing on lyre-end supports , united by an under-stretcher and terminating on knopped bun feet with original castors. Offered for sale in excellent with a wonderful colour and patina. Ready to go straight into the home.
