Photos

Description

We believe this candlestick to be an original piece of First World War trench art. It splits into three pieces. The base is made from a brass shell casing, which is marked to the base. This piece is engraved France and Premont. Premont is in the Picardy region of France. There is another piece of brass shell casing which fits into the base. This is also marked and dated 1917. The top of the candlestick is also constructed from brass.
