Description

This unusual fender looks to date from the late nineteenth century. It is brass over a weighted interior. To either end of the fender are cast fish finials, which we believe to be koi carp. There are no maker's marks or labels.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age. There is some denting, wear and scratching to the brasswork as might be expected and some tarnishing. There is some surface rusting in places.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
107.5cm long, 11.5cm high, 8cm deep (to maximums).
