Description

This attractive model of a stag dates from the second half of the nineteenth century. It is made from hollow-cast metal, possibly some type of spelter, and has been painted. There are no maker's marks. The piece is of nice quality.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age. There is some chipping and wear to the paintwork, mainly to the antlers, and the figurine is overall grubby and dusty.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
15.5cm high.
