Description

This lovely antique garden bench dates from c.1860. It has cast iron supports and wooden slats. It has a lovely shape, but is in need of some restoration work.

Condition: The bench is in need of some restoration work. It has the wear consistent with age and use that might be expected of a piece of antique garden furntiure that has spent many years outside. Some of the wooden slats have some rotting and require repair or replacement, and the paintwork is heavily flaked and worn. The metal parts have some rusting.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
Overall - 84cm high, 183cm wide, 74cm deep (to maximums), 42cm high to seat.
