Description

This attractive display cabinet dates from around the 1930s and is very much in the art deco style. It has lovely walnut veneers over a solid wood carcass. The cabinet has to glazed doors which open to reveal two adjustable wooden shelves. The piece retains its lock and a working key (although please note that the lock is stiff). It is supported on short cabriole legs.

Condition: Overall this handsome piece is in good usuable condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some scuffing and wear to the woodwork as might be expected and the piece is overall a little faded. There are a few knocks around the edges and some scratching and white marks to the top. As is mentioned above the lock is stiff / sticky and does not work smoothly.
