Description

This attractive pair of antique fire dogs date from the first half of the nineteenth century. They are made from brass and have a lovely shape.

Condition: Overall in good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. There is some surface scratching and wear and some surface corrosion in places. The fire dogs have some tarnishing and would benefit from a careful clean and polish.

The approx. measurements are as follows:
26.5cm high, 11.5cm wide, 17cm deep (to maximums).
