A rare and super pretty Welsh elm wood Cawl Spoon Rack of gorgeous traditional form - Cardiganshire c1800.
A lovely example with rare original larger single hole to hold a (Lletwad) cooking ladle, pretty ogee Cupid’s Bow detail to apron and shaped back this is a very special example indeed. In absolutely beautiful condition with the most fabulous grain and warm and nutty colour true to age.
