19th Century Wooden Carousel Galloper or Fair Ground Horse

This is a superb Piece of Folk Art, superbly carved in wood, this paint is a bit shabby with a few losses but the paint is original and it is quite bright.
The Horse is in sound and though he has had a few knocks as you might expect and he is set on a purpose made stand
Wonderful, to look at and how about a quirky “Clothes Horse” for your dressing room

The Galloper is 49” high and the stand is 50” long and 17” deep at the base
