Absolutely amazing large ventriloquist Dummy dating to mid 20th Century.
Of paper mache and wood construction with almost human size head.Large prominent cheeks bones,nose and eyebrows.
blue glass eyes that both look simultaneously to the left.
lower mouth opens and closes.
upper lips move up and down and his hair on the right side pops up.
His right eye opens and closes,winks.
All mechanisms work and they are controlled via metal levers which are attached to a wooden pole, there also appears to be possibly another movement as there is a metal tube to the base of his neck and a rubber tube can be seen when looking through his mouth.
Three piece suit that appears original, black jacket,check trousers and yellow waist coat, bow tie and stiff collar.

A rare find and a true collectors item.
