A fabulous antique Edwardian steamer trunk dating from circa 1910. In original condition, the trunk has a wooden carcass covered in canvas with wood banding and decorative metal work to the edges and handles to the sides. All catches work and it comes complete with the internal tray. With label to inside: “Trunks Bags & Travelling Requisites kept in Stock. T Mennell. Market Place, Malton. Waterproof Linen Collars a Speciality.” would fit perfectly in to a modern bedroom or living room setting.

General wear and marks commensurate with age. Canvass lifting to back. One wheel missing to bottom.
