This is a smart Vintage Silver Plated Long Serving Dish with a Swing Handle. The base of the dish has a scroll, flower and leaf design with a grapevine design around the top rim. The swing handle is barley twisted and the whole dish stands on four ball feet.

There are no makers' marks on the serving dish but it is probably continental and dates to between the 1950s and 1970s.

Condition is good, with no dings or dents and just a few faint coppery glints showing through the silver plate. Please make sure to view all the photographs.

The serving dish is 39.7cm / 15.6ins long, 15cm / 5.9ins across and 14cm / 5.5ins high with the handle in the upright position. It weighs in at 460g / 16.2oz.
